| Q: How do I know if I am eligible for this home study course? |
| Your citation was in the Los Angeles County, and it is your first time attending traffic school within 18-months (you should have a court order to attend 8 hours of traffic school). |

| Q: How do I start? Where do I begin? |
1. First signup an online account (remember your username and password).
2. Login your low cost traffic school account.
3. Register a class and Pay the course fee through PayPal.
4. Read the chapters and do the practice quizzes.
5. Pass and complete the final exam.

| Q: I forgot my username/password. What should I do? |
Enter your email address at Forget Username/Password Page. Your username/password will send to your email account.

| Q: Can I log on and off, or do I have to pay again? |
| Yes, you can log on and off as many times as you wish. |

| Q: How many times can I take the final exam? |
| Unlimited number of times until the due date of your traffic ticket. The system
will allow you to re-take the test as many times as you wish
until either you pass the exam or due date of your traffic
ticket is passed. |

| Q: Is there a time limit? How long do I have to complete this program? |
| You must finish at least 3 working days before your due date. After your due date, no certificates will be issued. |

| Q: What should I do after I passed the final exam? |
The school will take care of the court’s copy of the certificate unless the student prefers to come pick it up (please notify us in advance).
Student copies of the certificate are available, depending on the online or handbook service that you chose. For our upgraded services, the certificates may be mailed to him/her. For our basic services the student has the option of having the school mail him/her a copy if a long (4" x 9") self-addressed/stamped envelope sent to the school. A “Notification of Completion” email is sent to the student after the certificates have been processed. |

| Q: When will my certificates be processed? |
| Within 3 working days. Please do not call the school about when the certificates will be processed.
Your completion certificate will be processed depending on the time we received your completed and met the course requirements. Following is the list of schedules we process completion certificate to court, they are as follows:
Monday thru Friday for those who completed before 5:00PM, Pacific Time will be processed on the same day as we received excluding legal holidays.
Monday thru Friday for those who completed after 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day excluding legal holidays and weekends. For instance, student completes course work on Friday at 5:30 P.M. and following Monday is a legal holiday the completion certificate will then be processed to court on Tuesday before 5:00 P.M.
For those who desire to have their certificate to be processed to their court within 24 hours. For a fee of $25.00, the school will process or attempt to process the completion certificate to your court provided you paid to school in advance via the same method of your payment to Low Cost Home Study Programs

| Q: How do I know if my certificates were processed? |
| You will be notified via-email as to when and where the certificate was sent. You will receive a “Notification of Completion” within 3 working days. |

| Q: Can I get a refund if I decide not to complete this program? |
| The transaction through PayPal can only be reversed within 14 days. Pay pal will charge Low Cost Home Study Programs a service charge if a cancellation is not requested and completed within the same day of initial payment. Any service charge resulting from the request of student to deny to cancel online program, the student shall pay for the cost charged by PayPal. A refund will only be granted given that the school was notified before the student’s court due date, before the 14th day as to when the student paid, and if the student did not study more than 3 chapters of course work whichever situation occurs. |

| Q: I Why do I need a copy of the certificate? |
| You want to make sure that the court has cleared your record to prevent your insurance premium from going up. A copy of certificate along with a note from our director will tell you when we forward to the court and how soon you should check with the court system. |

| Q: I got another ticket. What can I do now? |
| Our school has the credentials to teach the 2nd offender (Level 2 program), meaning that you have received another moving violation within 18 months. You need to go to the court and request special permission to attend a second traffic school. Depending on either the court or judge, you will be ordered to attend 12 or 16-hours of traffic school. |

| Q: Who provides the level 2 programs? |
| Very few schools have been qualified for this program. As for our school, we were approved in 1994. |
