Once registration and payment have been completed, we will mail the handbook along with the final exam to you. With a credit card, you can register and make a payment (1) over the phone, (2) sign up online and pay through Paypal by clicking the "Register Now" button below, or (3) send us a check or money order through mail.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Read the handbook and take the final exam. After finishing the final exam, fax your answers to us and we will check to see if you passed. You must complete all practice quizzes, pass the final exam, AND return all the materials back to our school in order to complete this program.

• Each chapter has a practice quiz to test your knowledge on the chapter (there are 16 chapters total). All the quizzes must be completed.
• You will have a second chance to take the final exam should you fail the first time around.
• The certificates will be issued once the materials (Handbook, final exam, and quizzes) are returned back to the school.

There is no reason why you should not pass
if you read the material and have done the practice quizzes.
