No refund can be made after completing three chapters of the coursework or within 7 days from the date of payment to the school. There will be a $5.00 charge for processing the refund.

If student was found to conduct illegal activities including but not limited to collecting excessive times within normal period or having the course done by somebody other than the subject student, the school shall cancel the student’s registration without refund.

1. Our employees, representatives and governing body such as court, DMV, and monitoring agency may collect information about you, including: information provided to us, such as on registrations or other forms, and information provided to us for the home-study program.
2. The type of information we collect is strictly for the use of the judicial system such as name, date of birth, driver's license, address, citation number and court name, and due date to the court.
3. Our employees have been trained to handle confidential information in conformity with this notice.
4. We have policies and procedures that give directions to our employees, and to the agents acting on our behalf, regarding how to react and use information provided.
5. We do not share information about you except as permitted by law.
6. We will not sell data collected from you to any agency except required by the law that upon request by the court, DMV, hocola and sheriff. All data collected is strictly confidential and all employees of the traffic school shall comply with the federal and California laws.
7. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect you.
8. We may disclose all information that we collect, including information regarding your progress in our traffic school home study program when requested by the court or DMV, or monitoring agency.
9. Unless authorized by the student, no information shall be provided to the third parties.
10. Our privacy policy applies to all of our past and current students. This Privacy Notice is provided to you for informational purpose only. You do not need to call or take any action in response to this notice.
